I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama with experience working with individuals and couples for 17 years through a trauma- informed and attachment focused lens. As a Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner, I have both extensive personal and professional experience in navigating the unique perspective of those impacted by adoption and foster care. Additionally, I am trained in the Prepare and Enrich Marriage Assessment, to equip engaged and married couples to identify areas of growth and strength in their relationship. My training and expertise in adult attachment styles serves to bring perspective regarding how our experiences impact how we relate to others.
